Just want to say thank you for hooking me up with Lorenzo and getting my neck all fixed up. Not only does it feel 100 times better but have now got the range of motion I have been missing out on the back. On top of fixing my neck I noticed I was much more explosive and felt a lot stronger the next day. I played catch and put myself through a heavy leg day and I felt like my power incredibly increased.

I'm grateful to have spent time training with Lorenzo and Prime Time Performance. The work that we put in really took my mental edge to another level I never thought possible. I’ve been training with Lorenzo with Prime Time Performance for about five years.  Choosing him has been one of the best career decisions in my life.  I’m currently an athlete on the UFC roster, and I probably wouldn’t have made it into that organization without his support.  His training has helped me not only increase strength in all areas of my body, but helped prevent injuries by strengthening muscles and tissues around my joints.   He has helped me prepare for competitions in ways specifically customized to my needs in regards to stamina, cardio, endurance, strength in my target body parts, etc.   

My standard of living has improved as a ‘side effect.’  For example, I used to have problems with my spine in my neck and lower back, and my shoulders.  I couldn’t do things like stand in line for more than thirty minutes, sit in a car for long rides, or even raise my left arm to write on a school chalkboard.  Now those things are not a problem because we’ve been strengthening the muscles around the injury’s target areas.  My body can hold itself together now.

Lorenzo’s neuromuscular stretching uses the principle of muscles first contracting in order to relax.  My body responds very well to this kind of stretching and physical therapy.  If I get this kind of treatment once a week, I can complete my intense training with high efficiency and little pain.  I’m so fortunate that he has deep knowledge and expertise in these fields, and I can trust him with all aspects of my physical training and preparation for competition.
